The screenshots in the post are for the calories required for daily consumption. the major goal is to stay a few hundred calories in deficit of those numbers. Going too far into deficit will actually cause me to hang on to the weight.
Sorta like when i repeated the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. I wish I could have deleted them like I do with most of my posts.
Does this have anything to do with dieting or should I find another forum? Makes sense to me.
