We have been in business for around 40 months now. From a business point of view we have been careful about our growth. From a work standpoint, we have been aggressive. We have pushed the envelope in a number of ways and the quality of our work is very strong. We are proud of what we are doing here at RD2. Soon, we will be updating our portfolio and making posts about new brands, web sites and campaigns.
It is a bit uncharacteristic of me to use our blog as a method for recruiting, but I felt our blog would be an appropriate mechanism to let the community around us know that we are looking for talent. In the off-chance that any of you are potential future team members, we would like to get to know more about you. We don’t hire fast. It absolutely needs to feel like the fit is great on both sides of the equation.
If you are interested in a career with us, or if you know of someone who is, please get in touch. We are looking for help in the following areas:
- Project Management
- Account Management
- Design
- Front End Coding
- Application Development
Please email resumes and portfolios and we will get back with you: jobs@rd2inc.com

Should we tell them about the hazing now or in the second interview?

Do you telecommute?

No one here tele-commutes. We have worked extra hard to create a space that everyone wants to be in every day. But if you want to talk about it, then get in touch with us.

Hazing? I’m down … where’s the bucket of mayo? No keg stands? Shame.
I just sent an email applying for the front-end coder position … you will hire me. You will also hire my brother, Steve, for your designer position and you will like it.
Okay, now back to work.

“Hazing” in “a space that everyone wants to be in every day”. . . I’m there! Look for my email.
When you say “Design”, do you want print or interactive? (Please say interactive.)

Danielle,
When we say design, we mean solving visual problems in clever ways. In the past month I’ve pitched logos, sketched illustration comps, created a brochure, printed business cards, designed a web application concept, created a website, art directed a video edit, and arranged a bookshelf in a very particular way.
So I guess what I’m saying is we don’t distinguish between what is interavtive and what is print here. We just make stuff look good all day.

Sounds like a cool place to work. I’m still in school, but do you hire interns?

Come on. You know you want to do it.

Susana, glad you like us. I can’t promise anything because we don’t have a regimented intern program, but we are always excited to see student work and since you are proactive, we will certainly keep you in mind first if something comes up. Email a link to your stuff here: info@rd2inc.com and put ATTN. Brandon in title.
