We’ve seen this company flourish from a startup to a family of brands who provide exemplary services in their field. We’ve worked with Guy Hoffman and the team and seen them execute their plan with a passionate and relentless spirit, providing value and piece of mind in their execution to homeowners, agents, and insurance companies.
Servicing claims for water damage, fire loss, and vandalism is a difficult business and can be confusing for the constituents involved. Homeowners, and rightly so, are extremely concerned about finding a remedy to restore their home to its original state. Agents want to satisfy their customers while working within the necessary guidelines of the policy. And Insurance companies (as well as Agents) benefit from the speed, experience, and attention to detail performed through Service247’s OneCall® service, and further, the follow through of Agents through the Service247 program. Overall, Service247 addresses complex circumstances with clarity, consistency, and a level of service that benefits all of the aforementioned constituents.
Service247 (and all of the U.S. Home Team brands) are special to RD2 in that we’ve worked together to implement a platform for the brand from the bottom up. The U.S. Home Team brands are passionate about the design and consistency of their brand. But the implementation of brand is not just in the visual and collateral for Service247. The family of websites reside on a highly customized Drupal application that handles the workflow of claims from the origination of a claim through the completion of an assignment (a homeowners fully restored property). Agents can enjoy a system for managing their claims and interfacing every step of the way with a Service247 representative. The system is intelligent in that it routes messages through the phone and paging systems to ensure 15 minute call backs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Essentially, the face of the online Service247 brand is built on a robust, scalable system that offers systems automation that connects to people, ensuring the human touch is ever-present.
Overall, we’re proud of the work we’ve done together with Service247 and the whole team at U.S. Home Team. It’s a fast moving business and it’s critical to maintain an agile mindset.
